This compilation has been developed by Sharon Tisher (MN), a professor of environmental law and policy at the University of Maine. She's a member of former Vice President Al Gore's Climate Reality Leadership Corps. Climate Reality Leadership Corps members Jennifer Linton (IL) and Patty McCredie (AZ) teamed up with Sharon to edit and design this interactive site to share with the world. We hope that the site aids in your comprehension of the historical development of climate science, and national and international climate law and policy.

Welcome! This is a pilot illustrated interactive presentation of key milestones in the development of climate science and U.S. and international climate policy over the past 200 years.
